Our Values
Our core values revolve around community, inclusivity, and development. We believe every child deserves the chance to shine, whether they’re just beginning their netball journey or honing their skills in competitions. Our commitment to providing a safe, supportive space ensures that young players can thrive, make friends, and build confidence. Our Coaching Philosophy
Our coaching philosophy is centered on the belief that sport should be fun, inclusive, and developmental. We focus on building confidence, teamwork, and respect while teaching fundamental skills. Coaches use positive reinforcement and encourage players to learn through participation and enjoyment rather than pressure. We aim to create an environment where every child feels valued and motivated to improve.
Our Codes of Behaviour Expectations
We expect all participants, parents, and coaches to uphold the highest standards of respect and sportsmanship. This includes treating others with kindness, following the rules, and promoting fair play. Negative behaviors such as bullying, disrespect, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. Our aim is to foster a culture of mutual respect and enjoyment for everyone involved.
Players are expected to attend sessions regularly, listen to instructions, and encourage their teammates. Parents play a vital role by supporting their child, respecting coaches, and maintaining positive communication. Together, we can create an environment that promotes learning, confidence, and enjoyment.
